Terms of Service - AQI Purifier

Below are the official Terms of Service and Warranty guidelines for the AQI Purifier series (including ECO XR1 and XR2 models).

Duration: Each unit is backed by an official 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty applies specifically to manufacturing defects related to the motor and internal electronic circuitry.
Consumables: The True HEPA 13 filter is a consumable component and is not covered under the warranty once the unit has been operated.
Claim Requirements: A valid warranty claim must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and the serial number of the device.

Mishandling: The warranty does not cover physical damage, cracks in the metal enclosure, or internal damage caused by dropping the unit.
Power Surges: Damage resulting from extreme electrical fluctuations or high-voltage surges is excluded from free repair services.
Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to disassemble the unit or perform repairs through third-party technicians will immediately void the warranty.
Environmental Exposure: Damage caused by water seepage, excessive moisture, or operation in temperatures exceeding specified limits is not covered.

Filter Replacement: To maintain the $255\text{ m}^3\text{/hr}$ CADR and 99.95% filtration efficiency, users are advised to replace the HEPA filter according to the air quality levels in their area.

Performance: RoboArt Private Limited guarantees the 99.95% filter performance under standard testing conditions; however, actual room AQI may vary based on room sealing and external pollution levels.
Usage: The company is not liable for any health-related claims beyond the stated technical air-purification capabilities of the True HEPA 13 system.
